<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4005-24 <br /> <br />An ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled “Larimer Barn Demolition”, Fund 354, <br />Program 097 to accumulate all costs for the project in the amount of $85,000. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A. The City Council recognizes the need to maintain City owned properties. <br /> <br />B. The City Council recognizes that the Larimer Barn is unoccupied and not structurally sound for any <br />use. <br /> <br />C. The City recognizes that the Larimer Barn has reached the end of its useful life and should be <br />safely demolished. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. A special improvement project fund is hereby entitled, “Larimer Barn Demolition”, Fund <br />354, Program 097. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorization is hereby granted to the Parks and Facilities Department Director under <br />the administration of the Mayor, to assume full responsibility for conducting all tasks and performing all <br />necessary steps to accomplish the actions authorized by this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 3. The estimated cost of the project is $85,000. <br /> <br />Section 4. The sum of $85,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 354, Program 097, Larimer Barn <br />Demolition Project. <br /> <br />A. Use of Funds <br />Barn Demo and Associated Costs $85,000 <br />Total $85,000 <br /> <br />B. Source of Funds <br />CIP 3 $85,000 <br />Total $85,000 <br /> <br />C. The appropriation shall not lapse but shall be carried forward from year to year until <br />fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the <br />necessity of reappropriation.
