• 3 - ORDINANCE NO. 2525 An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 455, for the improvement of the alley west of Walnut Street from 19th Street to the manhole south of 16th Street, by the construction of a sew- er and its necessary appurtenances and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Crdinance No. 2312 of the City of Everett, levying an as- sessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVER LT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 455 for the improvement of the alley west of Walnut Street from 19th Street to the manhole south .of 16th Street, by the construction of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordin- ance No. 2312 of the City of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same and that the assessment appear- ing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assess- ment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other proper- ty appearing upon said roll the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
