• • ORDINANCE NO. 2317 . An \rdinance approving and confirming the assessment and Improvement District No.453, for the assessment i011 of Local Imp improvement of Tulalip Avenue, from the south line of 34th Street to the north 1ir1e of 35th Street, by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, and construction of 6-inch one course concrete pavement 20 feet wide, also the construction of concrete curbs and installation of necessary drainage, making necessary water main changes and doing all other work necessary in con- nection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2289 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on ac- count thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERET T DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 4E3, for the improvement of Tula- lip Avenue, from the south line of 34th Street to the north line of 35th Street, by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, and construction of 6-inch one course concrete pavement 20 feet wide, also the construction of concrete curbs and install- ation of necessary drainage, making necessary water main changes and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2289 of the City of Ev- erett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That es.ch of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other prcrty shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the am- ount charged against the same and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several asseszments ap- pearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment
