• ORDINANCE NO• "v aa11 An Ordinance providing; for the improvement of Forest Drive from the Mukilteo Boulevard northerly to a point seventy ( 70) feet north of the south line of Lot Three (5) , Forest Park Addi- tion, by grubbing, gracing, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement ; - also Forest Drive from the Mukilteo Boulevard to a point fifty (50 ) feet north of the south line of Lot Three (3) , by slagging, and doing all other v, ork necessary. to make a complete improvement, creating an assessment district, creating a Local Improvement District Fund therefor and providing that payment for said improve- ment be made by special assessment on the property in said District under the mode of payment by bonds. '<1 TEREAS, a majority petition of the property owners, peti- tioning for said improvement, has heretofore been filed with the Commissioner of Public 7:o is and said. Commissioner has found the things set forth in said petition to be true; and 'WHEREAS, said Commissioner of Public 'forks has filed with the City Council all data and information as required by law; and WHEREAS, said.
