0-;t* AM113. 2297 At Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 449 for the improvement of Broadway .venue, from the end of the present sewer to llth Street, by the construction of a seer and its necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work necessary to make a com- plete improvement under Ordinance lib. 2274 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providng for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Lo- cal Improvement District jo. 449 for the improvement of Broadway avenue, from the end of the present sewer to filth Street, by the Construction of a sewer and. its necessary appurtenances, and do- ing all other work necessary t o make a complete improvement under Ordinance No.2274 of the city of i:verett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all thins approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcel s of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appear- ing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing up said roll and there is hereby levied an assess- ment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other pro- perty appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged a- gainst the same thereon. Section 3: That the 31et day of JANUARY , 1927, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of said improvement.
