S <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2286 <br /> An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment sad <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 444, for the <br /> improvement of Maple Street from Hewitt Avenue, south to the end <br /> of the present sidewalks south of 32nd Street, and also Pacific <br /> Avenue from Pine Street to Maple Street, by the removal of old <br /> lumber, grading to proper grade, installation of necessary drainage, <br /> and making necessary water main changes; Maple Street from Hewitt <br /> Avenue south to the end of the present .calks south of 32nd Street <br /> by construction of one course Portland cement concrete pavement <br /> 25 feet wide and concrete curbs; and Pacific Avenue from Pine Street <br /> to Maple Street to be improved by construction of two 18-foot wide <br /> strips of one course Portland cement concrete pavement and caaa.- <br /> crete curbs and walks, and doing all other work necessary in con- <br /> nection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance <br /> No. 2264 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account <br /> thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as <br /> shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor <br /> and fixing the date of the issuance thereof. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Lo- <br /> cal Improvement District No. 444, for the improvement of Mite <br /> Street from Hewitt Avenue, south to the end of the present side- <br /> walks south of 32nd Street, and also Pacific Avenue from Pine Street <br /> to Maple street, by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, <br /> installation of necessary drainage, and making necessary water main <br /> changes; Maple Street from Hewitt Avenue south to the end of the <br /> present walks south of 32nd Street by construction of one coin se <br /> Portland cement concrete pavement 25feet wide and concrete curbs; <br /> and Pacific Avenue from Pine Street to Maple Street to be improved <br /> by construction of two 18-foot wide strips of one course Portland <br /> cement concrete pavement and concrete curbs and walks and doing all <br /> -1- <br />
