40 <br /> 41 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2. 85' . <br /> An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment <br /> and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 450 <br /> for the improvement of the road in Maple Heights Plat that <br /> runs from the Mukilteo Highway between Lots 25 and 27, thence <br /> northwesterly and thence northeasterly to the east line of <br /> Lot 37A, as shown on Flat of Maple Heights Addition, by the <br /> installation of a 2-inch water main and doing all other work <br /> necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. <br /> 2275 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account <br /> thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land <br /> as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds <br /> therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAI <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District No. 450 for the improvement of the <br /> road in Maple Heights Flat that runs from the Liukilteo Highway <br /> between Lots 25 and 27, thence northwesterly and thence north- <br /> easterly to the east line of Lot 37A, as shown on Flat of Ma- <br /> ple Heights Addition, by the installation of a 2-inch water <br /> main and doing ail other work necessary in connection therewith <br /> to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2275 of <br /> the Oity of Everett as same now stands, be and the same is <br /> hereby in all things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels <br /> of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared <br /> to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the <br /> amount charged against the same, and that the assessment ap- <br /> pearing against the same is in proportion to the several as- <br /> sessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied <br /> -1- <br />
