An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 447 for the i provement of Maple Heights District south of the MTukil- teo Boulevard by the installation of water mains and doing all other yorK necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance _'To. 2271 of the City ofverett, levying an assess- ment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land, as shown on said roll, providing for the issu- ance of bonds therefor and fixinf the date of the issuance thereof. THE :CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: I That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 447 for the improvement of Ma- ple Heights District south of the MuLilteo Boulevard by the installation of water mains and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2271, as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and -arcels of land or other ,rorerty shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the am- ount charged against the same, and that the assessment appear- ing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assess- ment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other pro- perty a-°-,pearing a"on said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon. -1-
