ORDINANCE NO. 2282 . An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 442 for the improvement of the alley between Oakes and Lombard Avenues, from 19th Street to 18th Street and 18th Street from the alley east of Oakes to Oakes Avenue, by replacing the present 6-inch sewer with a larger sewer pipe, and its necessary appurtenan- ces, and doing all other work necessary in connection there- with to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No.2262 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor aid fixing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 442 for the improvement of the alley between Oakes and Lombard Avenues, from 19th Street to 18th Street and 18th Street from the alley east of Oakes to Oakes Avenue, by replacing the present 6-inch sewer with a lar- ger sewer pipe, and its necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2262 of the City of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 11i That each of the lots„ tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appear- ing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments
