• OF • 41 ORDINANCE NO. 22.?5 An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the road in Maple Heights Plat that runs from the Mukilteo Highway between Lots 25 and 27, thence northwesterly and thence northeasterly t o the east line of Lot 37A, as shown on Plat of Maple Heights Addition, by the installation of a 2-inch water main, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, creating an assessment district, creating- a4 Loci Improvement District Fund therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special as- sessment on the property in said "district under the mode of pay- ment by bonds. WHEREAS, a majority petition of the property owners, pe- titioning for said improvement, has heretofore been filed with the Com- missioner of Public Works and said Commissioner has found the things set forth in said petition to be true; and WHEREAS, said Commissioner of Public Works has filed with the City Council all data and information, as required by law; and WHEREAS, said Commissioner of Public Works has recommended to the City Council that said improvement petitioned for be made, and it appearing to the City Council that public convenience and neces- sity requires such improvement to be made; now, therefore, THE CITY OF EVE.'
