I • L ` 44) 111 ORDINANCE NO. 2268 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 440, for the improvement of Rockefeller Ave., from the south line of the Bail- ey Addition to the north line of the SW4 of the SW of the Yrq of Section 17-29-5,W. M. by the construction of a 2-inch water main and its necessary appurtenances and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, under Ordinance No.2259 of the City of Everett, levying an assess- ment on account thereof against the several lots as Ehown on said roll. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 440, for the improvement of Rock- efeller Ave., from the south line of the Bailey Addition to the north line of the SIti of the SW-4 of the NIIV4 of Section 17-29-5, W. M., by the construction of a 2►»inch water main and its neces- sary appurtenances and doing all other work necessary in connec- tion therewith to make a complete improvement, under Ordinance No. 2259 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is, hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared to NI specially benefitted by said improvement, in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot Smearing upon said roll the amount finally chPrged against the same thereon. Section 3: That the said assessments shall be collected and the costs of such improvement shall be paid in manner provided
