111 R ORDINANCE NO. 2265 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 436 for the improvement of McDougall Ave., from California: to Everett Ave. , by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of Portland cement concrete pavement 40 feet wide, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Ordinance No.3188 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account there- of against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor ad fixing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OF E +` E T T DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Lo- cad. Improvement District No. 436 for the improvement of McDougall Ave., ,from California to Everett Ave. , by removal of old lumber, grading t o proper grade, construction of Portland cement concrete pavement 40 feet wide, installation of necessary drainage and do- ing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 3188 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the am- ount charged against the same, and. that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
