ORDINANCE NO. 2252 . An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 423 for the im- provement of Terrace Drive, from 41st to 42nd Street, by the in- stallation of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No.2198 of the Jity of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY O ' EV�'RETT DOES ORD?IN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Lo- cal Improvement District lSo. 423 for the improvement of Terrace Drive, from 41st to 42nd street, by the installation of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances and doing all other work neces- sary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement un- der Ordinance No. 2198 of the City of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and con- firmed. Section 2; That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the am- ount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments ap- pearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
