* • S ORDINANCE NO. 2251 • An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 432 for the im- provement of Highland Avenue from 20th Street to 21st Street, by grading to proper grade, construction of concrete curbs and side- walks and installation of necessary drainage, and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete imrrovement under Ordinance 140.2219 of the city of _]verett, levy- ing an assessment on account t ereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds iherefor and fixing the date of the issu- ance thereof. TH-, CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Lo- cal Improvement District No. 432 for the improvement of highland Avenue from 20th Street to 21st ..)treet, by grading to proper grade, construction of concrete curbs and sidewalks and installation of necessary drainage, and doing all other ,vork necessary in connec- tion therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2219 of the City of -verett as the same no stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the am- ount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments ap- pearing U-011 said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
