IP ORDINANCE NO. 2244 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 415 for the construction of a sanitary sewer and itsfiecessary appur- tenances in Pine Street, from the 33rd Street gulch, south to connect with the present sewer in 36th Street and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete im- provement under Ordinance No.2180 of the City of Everett, levy- ing an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issu- ance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIi : Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 415 for the construction of a sanitary sewer and its necessary appurtenances in Pine Street, from the 33rd Street gulch, south to connect with the present sewer in 36th Street and doing all other work necessary in con- nection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordin- ance No. 2180 of the city of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appear- ing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assess- ment against each lot, tract wad parcel of land and other pro- perty, appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same. -1-
