ORDINANCE NO. An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Inprovement District No. 399 for the improvement of State Street from the south property line of 20th Street to the north property line of 21st Street by clearing, grubbing, removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, con- struction of 6 ft. concrete sidewalks on curb line, construc- tion of concrete curbs and gutters, and slagging 16 foot strip line along center/of street, installation of necessary drainage, mak- ing necessary water main changes and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Or- dinance No. 2112 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Lo- cal Improvement District No. 399 for the improvement of State Street from the south property line of 20th Street to the North property line of 21st Street by clearing, grubbing, removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of 6 ft. con- crete sidewalks on curb line, construction of concrete curbs and gutters, and slagging 16 foot strip along center line of street, installation of necessary drainage, making necessary water main changes and doing all other work necessary in connection :u .:vlt therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2112 of the City of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. -1-
