Y , r r ORDINANCE NO4 ___ _:,, Mtn Ordinance providing for the improvement of the ley west of Colby Avenue between Pacific and 32nd Streets, by gra ng and slag ging and doing` such other work as maybe necessary in connection there- with, creating a local improvement district therefor, creating a local improvement district fund therefor, and providing that the pay- ment of said improvement be made by special assessments on the pro- perty in said district by the mode of "Immediate rayment THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: aeatioi 1: That the alley weet of Colby Avenue between Pacif-- is and 32nd Streets, be improved by grading and slagging d doing such other work as may be necessary to complete the imprlvement, such improvement to be made according to the plans and specifications therefore prepared under the direction of the Uity Engineer and now on file in :the office of the city Engineer, Which plans and spe cif- ications are hereby adopted and approved. Section 2: That the cost and expense of such, improvement, in- oluding all . pessary incidental expenses, shall be, born by and as., sensed agaiist,lthe property included in the assessment di riot herein created in aeaordance with law. The city of Everett sha.' not be liable in anymenner for any portion of the costs and expenses of such improvement, except as provided in chapter 141, :session Laws of 1923, and Ordinance Ito. ' 2126 a the city of Everett. Section 34., That there is hereby established .a Local Improvement District to be called "Local Improvement .District No. 437 ", paid District shall include the following described property, to-wit: Lots 14to, 32, Inc. , Block '736, Plat of Everett.
