,. • ORDINANCE NO. 2227 An Ordinance providing for the improvement of McDougall Ave., from California to Everett Ave. , by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of Portland cement concrete pavement 40 feet wide, installation of necessary drainage, and doing all • other work necessary to make a complete improvement, all in ac- cordance with Resolution No. 3188 of the City of Everett ; creat- ing an assessment district; creating a Local Improvement Distri ct Fund therefor, providing that said improvement be madeby special assessment upon t"ne property in said district under the mode of payment by bonds. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3188 of the City of verett, the City council of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement as above outlined and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvementlin accord- ance with plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer; now, therefore, THE CITY OF EVER:TT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That McDougall Ave., from Californi to Everett Ave. , be ir:proved by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of Portland cement concrete pavement 40 feet vide, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work on the entire district necessary to make a complete improvement , according to the plans and specifications, prepared under the direc- tion of the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved. Section 2. That the cost and expense of such improvement, including all necessary incidental expenses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the a.ssessn ent di str_ic t herein created in accordance with law.
