• ORDINANCE NO. An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 425 for the im- provement of the alley between Hoyt and Rucker Avenues from the present pavement north of Hewitt Avenue to California Street by re- moval of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of a 6" Portland cement concrete pavement 24' wide, installation of neces- sary drainage; also by construction of a sewer and its necessary appurte3.ances and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No.2203 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issu- ance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance there- of. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section It That the assessment and assessment roll of Lo- cal Improvement District No. 425 for the improvement of the alley between x,yt and Rucker Avenues from the present ,avement north of Hewitt Avenue to California Street by removal of old lumber, grad- ing to proper grade, construction of a 6" Portland cement concrete pavement 24' wide, installation of necessary drainage; also by con- struction of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No.2203 of the City of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be spec- ially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll
