Whereas, a majority petition of the property owners, peti- tioning for said improvement, has heretofore, been filed with the Commissioner of Public Iorks and said Commissioner has found the things set forth in said petition to be true; and Vahereas, said Commissioner of Public -•orks has filed with the " • City Council all data and information,, as rewired by law; and . hereas, said Commissioner of .Public : orks has recommend- ed to the City Council that said improvement petitioned for be made, and it appearing to the City Council that public convenience and necessity requires such improvement to be made; now, therefore, THE CITY', OP EIERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That :ietmore Avenue between the center line of 13th Street, to the south property line. ;of 12th Street be improved by the grading to proper grade, construction of 6 inch Portland ce- ment pavement 27 feet wide, installation of necessary drainage, con- struction of concrete curbs and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, according .to the ,plans and specifica- r .. tions, prepared under the direction of the City 'engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved.
