z - •,� c; ORDINANCE 2212 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 421 for the im- provement of the alley between Hoyt and Colby on a straight grade from Wall Street to Hewitt Avenue by grading to proper grade, construction of a 6 inch Portland cement concrete pavement, full width of alley, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2195 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the assessment and assessment roll of Lo- cal Improvement District No. 421 for the improvement of the alley between Hoyt and Colby on a straight grade from !gall Street to Hewitt Avenue by grading to proper grade, construction of a 6 inch Portland cement concrete pavement, full width of alley, in- stallation of necessary drainage and doing all other work neces- sary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2195 of the City of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2. That each of the lots,tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against thc same ire in proportion to the several assessments appearing, upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, appearinn upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
