• ORDINANCE NO. 2207 An Ordinance providing for the improvementne Street, from Hewitt Avenue, to the north lihe of the bridge south of 32nd Street, by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of et. 6 inch Portland cement concrete pavement 30 feet wide; construction of concrete curbs, installation of necessary drainage, making neces- sary water main changes, and repairing sidewalks where found neces- sary and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improve- ment. Also Pacific Ave., from Pine Street to Cedar Street, by re- moval of old lumber, grading for and construction of concrete walks, concrete curbs and gutters, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No.3158 of the City of i.verett; creat- ing an assessment district; creating a Local Improvement District Fund therefor; providing that said improvement be made by special assessment upon the property in said district under the mode of payment by bonds. Whereas, by Resolution No. 3158 of the City of Everett, the city council of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement as above outlined and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement in accord- ance with plans and specifications prepared by the City :engineer; now, therefore THE CITY OF 3V RE'=T DOTS ORDAIN: Section 1; That Pine Street, from Hewitt Avenue to the north line of the bridge south of 32nd Street be improved by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of 6 inch Port- land cement concrete pavement 30 feet wide; construction of concrete curbs, installation of necessary drainage, making necessary water main changes, and repairing sidewalks where found necessary and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement; and that Pacific Avenue, from Pine Street to Cedar Street be improved
