ORDINANCE NO 2197 . <br /> An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley <br /> east of Wetmore, between California and 'verett Avenue, Block 626, <br /> by grading and construction of Portland cement paving 6" thick and <br /> 24' wide, also by installation of necessary drainage and doing all <br /> work necessary to, make a complete improvement, all in accordance <br /> with Resolution No.3140 of the City of Everett, creating an <br /> assessment district , creating a Local Improvement District Fund <br /> therefor, providing that said improvement be made by special <br /> assessment upon the property in said district under the mode of <br /> payment by bonds, <br /> 7hereas, by Res lotion No.3140 of the City of Everett, the <br /> City Council of Everett has declared its intention to order the <br /> improvement of the alley east of Wetmore between California and <br /> Everett Avenue., Block 626, by grading and construction of Portland , <br /> cement paving 6" thick and 24 ' wide, also by installation of <br /> necessary drainage and doing all work necessary to make: a complete <br /> improvement in accordance with the plans and specifications <br /> prepared by the City Engineer, now therefore, <br /> TEE OITX OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : <br /> Section 1 : That the alley east of Wetmore between California <br /> and Everett Avenue, Block 626, bt improved by grading and construction <br /> of Portland cement paving 6" thick and 24 ' wide, also by installation <br /> of necessary drainage and doing all work necessary to make a complete <br /> improvement, according to the plane and specifications prepared under <br /> the direction of the City Engineer, which plans and specifications <br /> are hereby adopted and approved. <br /> Section 2 : That the cost and expense of such improvement <br /> including all necessary incidental expenses daall be borne by and <br /> assessed against the property included in the assessment district <br />
