0 A I1P ORDINANCE NO 2191 . An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No.412, for the improvement of the alley in Block 17, South Park Addition from the Manhole in Colby Avenue, south of 41st Street to the North end of the alley in Block 17, thence south along the center line of said alley to the north line of 42nd Street by complete construction of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvernent,under Ordinance No.2173 of the City of Everett , levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No.412, for the improvement of the alley in Block 17, South Park Addition from the Manhole in Colby Avenue, south of 41st Street to the North end of the alley in Block 17, thence south along the center line of said alley to the north line of 42nd Street by the complete construction of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2173 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands , be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2 : That each of the lots , tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said iLlprovement in at least the amount charged against the same , and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each
