ORDINANCE NO 2180 . An Ordinance providing for the construction of a sanitary sewer and its necessary appurtenances in Pine Street, from the 33rd St . gulch, south to connect with the present sewer in 36th Street and doing all work necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3105 of the City of Everett, creating an assessment district , creating a Local Improvement District Fund therefor, providing that said improvement be made by special assessment upon the property in said district under the mode of payment by bonds, Whereas, by iesolution No.3105 of the City of Everett, the City Council of Everett has declared its intention to order the construction of a sanitary sewer and its necessary appurtenances in Pine Street, from the 33rd Street gulch, south to connect with the present sewer in 36th Street and doing all work necessary to make a complete improvement in accordarr.ce with the plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer, now therefore. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : Section 1 : That a sanitary sewer and its necessary appurtenances be constructed in Pine Street, from the 33rd Street gulch, south to connect with the present sewer in 36th Street aid doing all work necessary to make a complete improvement according to the plans and specifications prepared under the direction of the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved.
