a • , ORDINANCE NO 2166 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No.402, for the improvement of Oakes Avenue from Hewitt Avenue to 35th Street by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete curbs, installation of necessary drainage , making necessary water main changes; also by the construction of a 6" Portlemd cement concrete pavement 52 ' wide from Hewitt Avenue to Wall Street, 40' wide from Wall Street to the north line of Pacific Avenue and 28 ' wide from the south line of Pacific Avenue to 35th Street and doing all other work in connection therewith to make a complete impro vemerrt under ordinance No.2135 of the City of Everett , levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof .
