ORDINANCE NO . 2165 . <br /> An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District No.401, for the <br /> improvement of Rockefeller Avenue from the center line of 33rd Street <br /> to the center line of 35th Street by removal of old lumber, grading <br /> to proper grade, construction of a 28 ' pavement , construction of <br /> concrete curbs; and between 34 and 35th Streets by construction of <br /> concrete side walks; installation of necessary drainage, making <br /> necessary water m&in changes and doing all other work necessary <br /> in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under <br /> Ordinance No.2130 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment <br /> on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels <br /> of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds <br /> therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof, <br /> niE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : <br /> Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District No.401 for the improvement of Rockefeller <br /> Avenue from the center line of 33rd Street to the center line of <br /> 35th Street by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, <br /> construction of a 28 ' pavement , construction of concrete curbs; and <br /> between 34th and 35th Streets by construction of concrete sidewalks; <br /> installation of necessary drainage, making necessary water main changes <br /> and doing, all other work necessary in connection therewith to maims: <br /> a complete improvement under Ordinance No.2130 of the City of Everett , <br /> as the same now stands , be , and the same is hereby in all things <br /> approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land, or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be <br /> os <br />
