ORDINANCE NO 2162 An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the Norton Avenue Extension from a point 186 ft. south, more or less, of the south line of 19th St . produced Westerly in its present platted direction to a point 13 ft . north of the monument line of 14th St . produced westerly in its present platted direction, by removal of old lumber, and redecking; also by replacing stringers, caps aril sway bracing, and repairing hand rail where necessary and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, also the improvement of the Norton Ave. yxtension from 22nd St . to a point 186 ft . south more or less of the south line of 19th St . produced Westerly by removal of old lumber, replacing sills, posts, and sway bracing where necessary and doing all other work in connec- tion therewith necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3099 of the City of Everett, creating an assessment district , creating a Local Improvement District Fund therefor, providing that said improvement be made by special assess- ment upon the property in said district by the method of payment by bonds and dividing said district into Two Direct Benefit Districts and into an Indirect Benefit District, Whereas, by Resolution No.3099 of the City of Everett, the City Council of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement of the Norton Avenue Extension from a point 186 ft .south more or less, of the south line of 19th st. produced westerly in its present platted direction to a point l3 ft . north of the monument line of 14th St . produced westerly in its present platted direction, by removal of old lumber ani redecking; also by replacing stringers, caps and sway bracing and repairing hand rail where necessary and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith,
