1 <br /> ORDINANCE NO 2146 <br /> An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment <br /> and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No .393, for <br /> the improvement of Hoyt Avenue from 19th Street to the north line <br /> of Ready Land Cols 2nd Addition, by clearing and grubbing where <br /> necessary, removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, con- <br /> struction of concrete curbs, construction of 5" bitulithic or 6" <br /> Portland Cement concrete pavement , 36 feet wide, from 19th to <br /> 16th St . and 30 feet wide from 16th to the North line of Ready <br /> Land Cols 2nd Add. , making necessary water main changes, instal- <br /> lation of necessary drainage; also the improvement of 17th Street <br /> from Rucker to Hoyt by removel of old lumber, grading to proper <br /> grade, construction of concrete curbs, construction of 5" <br /> Bitulighic or 6" Portland Cement concrete pavement 27 feet wide, <br /> making necessary water main changes , installation of necessary <br /> drainags, and doing all other work on the entire district <br /> necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement <br /> under Ordinance No.2092 of the City of Everett , levying an ass- <br /> essment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and <br /> Parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance <br /> of bonds ,thereinnd fixing the date for the issuance thereof. <br /> ► <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : <br /> Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll <br /> of Local Improvement District No .393, for the improvement of <br /> Hoyt Avenue from 19th street to the north line of Ready Land Co 's <br /> 2nd Addition by clearing and grubbing where necessary, removal of <br /> old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete <br /> -1- <br />
