An Ordinance approving and confirming the 1 assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District 2 No,391, for the immprovement of the water mains, from the North 3 property line of Everett Avenue to the center of 23rd Street on 4 Rainier by laying of a new 6" main, and installing hydrants, 5 removing and installing present temporary connections and doing 6 all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a 7 8 complete improvement under Ordinance No.2O9O of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the 10 several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, 11 providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the 12 date of the issuance thereof. 13 TH3 CITY 4F EVIMETT DOES CEMAIN : Section 1 : That the assessment and assess- ?4 15 ment roll of Local Improvement District No.391, for the improve_ 16 ment of the water mains, from the North property line of Everett 17 Avenue to the center of 23rd Street on Rainier by laying of a 18 new 6 " main, and installing hydrants, removing and installing 19 present temporary connections and doing all other work necessary 20 in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under 21 Ordinance No.2O9O of the City of Everett , as the same now stands, 22 be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. 23 Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts 24 and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is 25 hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in 26 at least the amount charged against the same, and that the ass- 27 essment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several 28 assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied 29 30 31
