ti I II .t •a i A CRD I A CE NO. 2106 i An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District Io.39O for the improvement of Kromer Avenue from 33rd Street to 34th Street ;, by z i 1 clearing, grubbing and grading to temporary grade , under 2 Ordinance No, 2085 of the City of Everett , levying an assessment 3 on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels 4 ! of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of 5 , bonds therein and fixing the date for the issuance thereof. 6I , THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES CRDAI 8 Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll i 9 � of Local Improvement District 1 o.39O for the improvement of 10 Kromer Avenue from 33rd Street to 34th Street by clearing, 11 grubbing and grading to temporary grade under Ordinance No, 12 2085 of the City of 1verett, as the same now stands, be, and 13 the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. 14 Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and parcels 15 of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared 16 to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the 17 amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing 18 against the same is in proportion to the several assessments 19 appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assess- 20 ment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, 21 appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against , 22 the same thereon. 23 1924 Section 3 : That the 15th day of Jan. ;t x3 is 24 hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required 25 to be issued on account of said improvement, 26 27 28 I 29 -1- 30 31
