CRDINANCE NO, 2104, An ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley between Smith and Paine Streets, from 35th to 36th Streets, by 1 complete construction of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances, 1 1 and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, 2 creating an assessment district, creating a Local Improvement 3 District 'fund therefor and providing that payment for said 4 improvement be made by special assessment on the property in said 5 district under the mode of payment by bonds, 6 Whereas, a majority petition of the property owners, 7 petitioning for said improvement has heretofore been filed with 8 the Commissioner of Public Works, and the said Commissioner has 9 found the things set forth in said petition to be true, and, 101 Whereas, said Commissioner of Public Works has filed 11 1 with the City Council all data and information as required by law, 12 ! and, 13 W hereas, said Commissioner of Public Works has re- 141 commended to the City Council that said improvement petitioned 15 ' for be made and it appearing to the City Council that public 16 convenience and necessity requires such improvement to be made, 17 now therefore, 18 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES Q1DAIN 19 Section 1 : That the alley between Smith and Paine 20 Streets, from 35th to 36th Streets be improved by complete 21 1 construction of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances and doing 22 all other work necessary to make a complete improvement according 23 to the plans and specifications Prepared under the direction of 24 the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby 25 adopted and approved, 26 27 28 .1- 29 30 31
