CRDINANCE NO, 2104, <br /> An ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley <br /> between Smith and Paine Streets, from 35th to 36th Streets, by <br /> 1 <br /> complete construction of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances, <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br /> and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, <br /> 2 creating an assessment district, creating a Local Improvement <br /> 3 <br /> District 'fund therefor and providing that payment for said <br /> 4 <br /> improvement be made by special assessment on the property in said <br /> 5 district under the mode of payment by bonds, <br /> 6 <br /> Whereas, a majority petition of the property owners, <br /> 7 <br /> petitioning for said improvement has heretofore been filed with <br /> 8 <br /> the Commissioner of Public Works, and the said Commissioner has <br /> 9 <br /> found the things set forth in said petition to be true, and, <br /> 101 <br /> Whereas, said Commissioner of Public Works has filed <br /> 11 <br /> 1 with the City Council all data and information as required by law, <br /> 12 <br /> ! and, <br /> 13 <br /> W hereas, said Commissioner of Public Works has re- <br /> 141 <br /> commended to the City Council that said improvement petitioned <br /> 15 ' <br /> for be made and it appearing to the City Council that public <br /> 16 <br /> convenience and necessity requires such improvement to be made, <br /> 17 <br /> now therefore, <br /> 18 <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES Q1DAIN <br /> 19 <br /> Section 1 : That the alley between Smith and Paine <br /> 20 <br /> Streets, from 35th to 36th Streets be improved by complete <br /> 21 <br /> 1 construction of a sewer and its necessary appurtenances and doing <br /> 22 <br /> all other work necessary to make a complete improvement according <br /> 23 <br /> to the plans and specifications Prepared under the direction of <br /> 24 <br /> the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby <br /> 25 <br /> adopted and approved, <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> .1- <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br />
