CEDINANCE r, Qtaa_ An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Everett Avenue from Walnut Street to the center line of Harrison, by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of 1 a Portland Cement Concrete Pavement, between the present twenty 2 foot pavement , in the center of the street and the north and 3 south curbs, construction of concrete curbs, installation of 4 necessary drainage, making necessary water main changes, and doing 5 all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete 6 improvement , all in accordance with H esolution 1T0.3016 of the 7 City of ljverett , creating an assessment district, creating a 8 Local Improvement District fund therefor, providing that said 9 improvement be made by soecial assessment upon the property in 10 said district unde the mode of payment by bonds, 11 WHERZAS, by aesolution 1Te,3016 of the City of 12 TIverett, the ty Council of Everett has declared its intention 13 to order the' improvement as above outlined and doing all other 14 work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improve- 15 ment in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the 16 17 City Engineer, now therefore, THE 18 CITY OF EV2R.ITT DOES ORDAIN Section 1 : net Everett venue from Delnut 19 Street to the center line of Harrison be improved by removal of 20 old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of a Portland 21 Cement Concrete pavement, between the present twenty foot pave- 22 23 ment, in the center of the street and the north and south curbs, 24 construction of concrete curbs, installation of necessary drainage, 25 making necessary water main changes, and doing all other work 26 necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement 27 according to the plans and specifications prepared under the 28 29 30 31
