(DI::TAiTCE NO. 2090 An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the water mains from the north property line of Everett Avenue to the center of 23rd Street on Rainier, by laying of a new 6" main, 1 and installing hydrants, removing and installing present temporary 2 connections and doing all other work necessary in connection there- 3 with to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with 4 Resolution No. 3Ol0_ of the City of Everett, creating an 51 assessment district, creating a Local Improvement District Fund 6 therefor, providing that said improvement be made by special 7 assessment upon the property in said district by the method of 8 payment by bonds 9f 10 'ihereas, by Resolution No. 14J1_ of the City of Everett, the City Council of Everett has declared its intention 11 to order the improvement of the water mains from the north property 12 13 line of Everett Avenue to the center of 23rd Street on ''Rainier,by 14 laying of a new 6" main, and installing hydrants, removing and 15 installing present temporary connections and doing all other work 16 necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement 17 in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the City 18 igineer, now therefore, 19 TILE CITY OP EV LETT DOES O DAIN 20 Section 1 ; That the water mains from the north 21 property line of Everett Avenue to the center of 23rd Street on 22 Rainier be improved by laying of a new 6 " main, and installing 23 hydrants, removing and installing present temporary connections 24 and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to 25 make a ccunplete improvement according to the plans and specification 26 prepared by the City r' igineer, which plans and specifications are 27 hereby adopted and approved. 28 29 30 ..1.. 31
