1 ORDINANCE NO. 2086 1 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 385, for the improvement of the alley in Block 614, between Everett 1 Avenue and 26th Street and Rucker Avenue and Hoyt Avenue by 2 3 grading to proper grade, construction of a concrete pavement 4 16 feet wide, installation of necessary drainage and doing all 5 other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete 6 improvement, under Ordinance No.2066 of the City of Everett, 7 levying an assessment on account thereof against the several 8 lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing 9 for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the 10 issuance thereof. 11 THE CITY OF EV+I RETT DOES ORDAIN : 12 Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll 13 ' of Local Improvement District No.385 for the improvement of the 14 % alley in Block 614, between Everett Avenue and 26th Street and 15 Rucker Avenue and Hoyt Avenue by grading to proper grade, 16 construction of a concrete pavement 16 feet wide, installation 17 of necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary in 18 connection therewith to make a complete improvement under 19 Ordinance No.2066 of the City of :i verett as the same now stands, 20 be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. 21 Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and parcels 22 of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared 23 to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the 24 amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appear- 25 ing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments 26 appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment 27 28 29 -1- 30 31
