An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No.384 for 1 the improvement of Rockefeller Avenue from 16th Street to 2 19th Street, by grading, construction of pavement, rater main 3 changes and doing all other work necessary in connection there- 4 with to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No,2065 of 5 the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof 6 against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown 7 on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor 8 and fixing the date of the issuance thereof, 9 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES IRDAIN : 10 11 S ection 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll 12 of Local Improvement District No.384 for the improvement of 131 Rockefeller Avenue from 16th Street to 19th Street, by grading, 14 ; construction of pavement, water main changes and doing all 15 other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete 16 improvement under Ordinance No.2065 of the City of Everett as 17 the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby, in all things approved and confirmed. 19 Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and parcels 20 of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared 21 to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least 22 the amouht charged g against the same, and that the assessment 23 appearing against the same is in proportion to the several 24 assessments appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied 25 an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and 26 other property appearing upon said roll, the amount finally 27 charged against the same thereon, 28 29 30 -i•• 31
