1111F - <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2079 _s <br /> An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Everett <br /> Avenue from Walnut Street to the Everett Avenue Bridge approach, <br /> by removal of old wood block, sand cushion, repairing present <br /> 2 concrete base, con struction of a 6 " Portland Cement Concrete <br /> :3 pavement 20 feet wide, installation of necessary drainage, making <br /> A necessary water main changes, and doing all other work in <br /> 5 connection therewith to make a complete improvement, all in <br /> 6 accordance with Resolution No.2997 of the City of Everett, <br /> 7 creating an assessment district, creating a Local Improvement <br /> 8 District Fund therefor, providing that 25% Of the cost of said <br /> 9 improvement be made by special assessment upon the property in <br /> 10 said district under the mode of payment by bon ds and 75% of <br /> 11 the cost of said improvement be defrayed jointly from moneys in <br /> 12 the Auto Highway Fund and Road & Bridge Fund, <br /> 13 ' Whereas, by Resolution No.2997 of the City of Everett, <br /> 14 the City Council of Everett has declared its intention to order <br /> 15 the improvement as above outlined and doing all other work <br /> 16 necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement <br /> 17 in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the City <br /> 18 Engineer, now therefore. <br /> 19 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : <br /> 20 j Section 1 : That .Everett Avenue from Walnut Street to <br /> 21 the Everett Avenue Bridge approach, be improved by removal of <br /> 22 old wood block, sand cushion, repairing present concrete base, <br /> 23 construction of a 6" Portland Cement Concrete pavement 20 feet <br /> 24 wide, installation of necessary drainage, making necessary water <br /> 25 main changes, and doing all other work in connection therewith <br /> 26 to make a complete improvement according to the plans and <br /> 27 <br /> specifications prepared under the direction of the City Engineer, <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 .10 <br /> 31 <br />
