1111F - ORDINANCE NO. 2079 _s An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Everett Avenue from Walnut Street to the Everett Avenue Bridge approach, by removal of old wood block, sand cushion, repairing present 2 concrete base, con struction of a 6 " Portland Cement Concrete :3 pavement 20 feet wide, installation of necessary drainage, making A necessary water main changes, and doing all other work in 5 connection therewith to make a complete improvement, all in 6 accordance with Resolution No.2997 of the City of Everett, 7 creating an assessment district, creating a Local Improvement 8 District Fund therefor, providing that 25% Of the cost of said 9 improvement be made by special assessment upon the property in 10 said district under the mode of payment by bon ds and 75% of 11 the cost of said improvement be defrayed jointly from moneys in 12 the Auto Highway Fund and Road & Bridge Fund, 13 ' Whereas, by Resolution No.2997 of the City of Everett, 14 the City Council of Everett has declared its intention to order 15 the improvement as above outlined and doing all other work 16 necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement 17 in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the City 18 Engineer, now therefore. 19 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : 20 j Section 1 : That .Everett Avenue from Walnut Street to 21 the Everett Avenue Bridge approach, be improved by removal of 22 old wood block, sand cushion, repairing present concrete base, 23 construction of a 6" Portland Cement Concrete pavement 20 feet 24 wide, installation of necessary drainage, making necessary water 25 main changes, and doing all other work in connection therewith 26 to make a complete improvement according to the plans and 27 specifications prepared under the direction of the City Engineer, 28 29 30 .10 31
