Ilhereas, 1he owners of all the private property abutting on that portion of the alley hereinafter described in the city of Everett, duly filed its petition with the City Counci 1 of the City of Everett praying for the vacation of saic', xxxalley, and, Whereas, said. Council of said City did by resolution 7 duly adopted fix 1Tovember, 6,1922 at the hour of 10: 30 o' clock 8 A.M. of said day for the hearing and determination of said 9 petition, and, 71hereas, due and legal notice of the time and place 10 of the hearing and determination of said petition has been duly 11 given by the ci ty clerk of said city, as required by law, and, 12 Vihereas, at the time and place fixed for said 13 hearing no person appeared or objected, and no ejections of any 14 kind were made to the granting of said petition, and, 15 Whereas, it appearing to the City Council that said 16 petition should be granted and said city council does hereby 17 determine to vacate said alley, now therefore. 18 Tiri, CITY OF EVER7TT DOES ORDAIN 19 Section 1 : That all of the alley in Block 711, 20 Everett Land Company's Iirst Addition to Everett and extending 21 from the east line to the west line of said block be and the same 22 the land in is hereby vacated end the title toiesaid alley above described is 23 hereby declared to vest in the abutting -property owner, as 24 provided by law. 25 26 ay or Passed: 27 .
