,„,1 <br /> OFJ)INANCE 2 O. 2045 <br /> • <br /> An Ordinance proposing to the voters of the City of <br /> Everett, Washington, that said City of Everett make additions, <br /> 1 betterments, and extensions to its present water system, consisting <br /> 2 in particular of a reservoir of not less than twenty million gallon <br /> 3 capacity and a twenty-four (24" ) inch distribution main, to <br /> 4 supplement the present distribution system and also of such other <br /> 5 miscellaneous additions, betterments, extensions and improvements <br /> 6 as may be necessary; that the City acquire by purchase or condemn- <br /> 7 : ation all lands, rights-of-way, property and property rights <br /> 3 necessary or convenient for the proper construction, control, <br /> 9 maintenance and Oneration of said reservoir, distribution system <br /> 10 and other miscellaneous necessary additions, betterments, extensions <br /> 11 and improvements ; declaring the estimated cost thereof as nearly <br /> 12 as may be; providing for the payment therefor by the issuance of <br /> 13 !
