. <br /> ORDIITAIICE ITO. • <br /> An Ordinance providing for the vacation of the alley <br /> in Block 246, Division "R", Plat of Everett, <br /> Whereas, on the 1 day of 1922 a petition <br /> was filed with the Ci ty Clerk of the City of Evere tt, signed by the <br /> 2 <br /> owners of more than two-thirds (2/3) of the property abutting upon <br /> the alley in Block 246, Division "R", Plat of Everett, and, <br /> Whereas, the City Council of the City of Everett did <br /> by Resolution duly adopted, fix the 5th day of Septmber,1922 at the <br /> hour of 10:30 o 'clock A.M. of said day as the date for hearing on <br /> said petition, and, <br /> 8 Whereas, due and legal notice of the time and place <br /> of hearing and determining of said petition was duly given by the <br /> City Clerk of said City as required by law, and, <br /> Whereas, at the time set for said hearing on said <br /> 12 petition no person or persons ap-oeared at said hearing or objected <br /> 13 to the granting of said petition, and, <br /> 14 Whereas, it appearing to the City Council that said <br /> 15 petition should be granted, the said Council does hereby determine <br /> 16 to vacate said alley, now therefore, <br /> 17 <br /> TIV, CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN <br /> 18 <br /> 19 SectIon 1 : That the alley in Block 246, Division <br /> 29 SW', Plat of Everett, be, and the same is hereby vacated. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 —_*we 41•••• <br /> •momk•••+' <br /> 23 <br /> Passed: , <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Attest: <br /> C 7;37lerk. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Published: 4 t . :19; 3 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br />
