An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No.376 for the improvement of Pacific Avenue from the east line of Rucker Avenue to the West line of Hoyt Avenue and from the East line of Hoyt 2 Avenue to the west line of Colby Avenue by grading to prober grade, removal of old lumber, construction of an 7ight inch(8") Portland cement concrete pavement, full width between curbs, �3 6 replacement of an eight inch (8" ) water main, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work in connection there- 7 with to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No.20199 of the 8 ".
