Ilia/ <br /> RESOLUTION No. 6716 <br /> A Resolution declaring the listed vehicles and equipment surplus and <br /> authorizing their disposition <br /> WHEREAS, the City has a 1991 Emergency One Fire Engine (#2500) and a 1992 <br /> Emergency One Fire Engine (#2501) in its fleet; and <br /> WHEREAS,the above-referenced equipment is no longer of value or use to the City; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for surplusing <br /> or disposition of City-owned personal property; and <br /> WHEREAS,based on the guidelines set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance 2963-06 a <br /> public auction is the disposition method that best meets the City's interests; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City's purchasing manager has reported the basis for the estimated <br /> value of the surplus property and has recommended surplusing the above-referenced <br /> vehicles and equipment by public auction. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett: <br /> 1. The 1991 Emergency One Fire Engine (#2500) and 1992 Emergency <br /> One Fire Engine (#2501) are no longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> 2.
