ORDINANCE NO. • 1 An Ordinance approving and confirming the 2 assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District 3 No.370 , for the improvement of Howard ,venue from Rucker Avenue 4 to high Street and from High Street from its intersection with 5 .Franklyn street southerly to the south line of 41st Street, 6 by grubbing, grading to proper grade, removal of old lumber, 7 construction of concrete walks, installation of necessary 8 cainage and doing all other work necessary to make a complete 9 improvement under Ordinance No.1985 of the City of Everett, 10 levying an assessment on account thereof against the several 11 lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll , pro- 12 vi ding for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the 13 date for the issuance thereof. 14 THE CITY OF EVER-45T GOES ORDAIN : 15 Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment 16 roll of Local Improvement :District No.370 for the improvement of 17 Howard Avenue from Rucker t.venue to High Street and from High 18 Street from its intersection withTanklyn Street southerly to 19 the south line of 41st Street, by grubbing, grading to proper 20 grade, removal of old lumber, construction of concrete walks, 21 installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work 22 necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance :goal 985 23 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the 24 ! same is hereby, in all things approved and confirmed. 25 Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and 26 parcels of land or other property shown on sai d roll is hereby 27 28 29 30 31
