• r <br /> I nizt <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2420-99 <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project <br /> entitled "Cedar Street Improvements, Pacific Avenue to Everett <br /> Avenue", Fund 303, Program 042, to accumulate all <br /> construction costs for the improvement project. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned street and road improvement <br /> program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need for improvements to Cedar <br /> Street between Pacific Avenue and Everett Avenue; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 042, <br /> entitled "Cedar Street Improvements, Pacific Avenue to Everett Avenue", to accumulate all <br /> construction costs for the improvement project. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund <br /> 303, Program 042, for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director," under <br /> direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all <br /> tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of $ 1,064,250.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 042, "Cedar <br /> Street Improvements, Pacific Avenue to Everett Avenue", as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Construction $ 1,064,250 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 1,064,250 <br />
