t • A‘Z/Vd....nuJIAI, > > - 4441 i ORDINANCE NO. 3035-07 AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled "112`h Street S.E., 3rd Avenue S.E. to I-5", Fund 303, Program 060, to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing Ordinance number 2760-04. WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned street and road safety improvement program; and WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need and received a State grant for improvements to 112th Street S.E. from 3rd Avenue S.E. to I-5; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 060, entitled "112`h Street S.E., 3' Avenue S.E. to I-5", to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing Ordinance Number 2760-04. Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, Program 060, for the improvement project. Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director," under direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4: The sum of $8,145,501.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 060, "112th Street S.E., 3' Avenue S.E. to I-5", as follows: A. Estimated Project Costs Design and Right-of-Way $ 2,340,695 Construction $ 5,804,806 Total Estimated Cost $ 8,145,501
