ORDINANCE NO. 08 An ordinance approving and confjrm_ing the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 335, for the improvement of Federal street from the north line of Thirty-third street to the north line of Thirty-fifth Street, by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete pave- ment, concrete curb, and necessary concrete walks, installation of necessary drainage, and doing such other work as may be necessary to make a complete improvement, and all work in connect. ion there- with under nrdinance No. 179F`, of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on sad roll, fixing a date for the issu- ance o- bonds, and providing for the issuance of said bonds, TT-IF CITY Or EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 335 for the improvement of Federal Street from the north line of Thirty-third Street to the north line of Thirty-fifth street by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete pavement, concrete curb and nec- essary concrete walks, installation of necessary drainage and all wcrk in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 179$ as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
