0 ORDINANCE NO. 1799 An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 330, for the improvement of Baker Avenue from the north curb line of Hewitt Avenue to the south curb line of Twentyfifth Street, by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete pavement, concrete walks, curbs and gutters, providing necessary drainage, and doing such other work as may be necessary to make a complete improvement, and all work in connection therewith under ordinance No. 1778 of the city of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the issuance of said bonds. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 330 for the improvement of Baker Avenue from the north curb line of Hewitt Avenue to the south curb line of mwentyfifth Street, by removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete pavement, con- crete walks, curbs and gutters, providing necessary drainage„ and all work in connection therewith under ordinance No. 1778 as amended by Ordinance No. 1781 and as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land, or other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessrnex� against each lot, tract and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the
