0 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1799 <br /> An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment <br /> and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 330, for <br /> the improvement of Baker Avenue from the north curb line of <br /> Hewitt Avenue to the south curb line of Twentyfifth Street, by <br /> removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction <br /> of concrete pavement, concrete walks, curbs and gutters, <br /> providing necessary drainage, and doing such other work as may <br /> be necessary to make a complete improvement, and all work in <br /> connection therewith under ordinance No. 1778 of the city of <br /> Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the <br /> several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, <br /> fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the <br /> issuance of said bonds. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District No. 330 for the improvement of Baker <br /> Avenue from the north curb line of Hewitt Avenue to the south <br /> curb line of mwentyfifth Street, by removal of old lumber, <br /> grading to proper grade, construction of concrete pavement, con- <br /> crete walks, curbs and gutters, providing necessary drainage„ <br /> and all work in connection therewith under ordinance No. 1778 <br /> as amended by Ordinance No. 1781 and as the same now stands, <br /> be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels <br /> of land, or other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared <br /> to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the <br /> amount charged against the same and that the assessment appearing <br /> against the same is in proportion to the several assessments <br /> appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessrnex� <br /> against each lot, tract and parcel of land, and other property <br /> appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the <br />
