r J ORDINANCE NO. 179,1 An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and sseessn:ent roll of Local Improvement District No. 331 for the i.provement of the Fourteenth Street Dock from a point 1072 feet west of the east line of Norton Avenue extension to a point 1600 feet west of said line, by re_eoving stringers, decking, handrail and guardrail, and placing new stringers, decking, handrail and guardrail, and all work in connection therewith under Ordinance No . 1783 of the city of Everett, levying an assess•::ent on account thereof against the several: lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixin3 a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the issuance of said bends, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 331, for the improvement of the Fourteenth Street Dock from a point 1072 feet west of the east line cf Norton Avenue extension to a point 1600 feet west of said line, by re. cving stringers, decking, handrail and guardrail, and pacing new stringers, decking, handrail and guardrail, and all work in connection therewith -ender Ordinance No. 1783 as the sa: .e now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels cf land, cr other property shown on said roll is hereby d.eclexed to be spec- ially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing i pon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon said roll, the arrount finally charged against the eeee,,e thereon. Section 3: That the 30th_ '`say of J„1y1917, is hereby fixed as the : ate of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued cn account of said improvement.
