, + <br /> t <br /> ORDINANCE N0._178R <br /> An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Ir_tprovex*ent District No. 324, for the <br /> improvement of wall Street from Hoyt Avenue to Wetmore Avenue, <br /> by the removal of old lumber, and old concrete walks, removal <br /> of old concrete retaining wall, grading and regrading to proper <br /> grade, construction of concrete curbs, gutters, walks, alley <br /> crossings, complete drainage system, construction of fortyeight <br /> foot concrete pavement, and all work in connection therewith, <br /> under ordinance No. 1747 of the city of Everett , levying an <br /> assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts <br /> and parcels of land as shorn on said roll , fixing a date for <br /> the issuance of bonds, and providing for the issuance of said <br /> bonds. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Irprovement District No. 324, for the improvement of Tall <br /> Street from Hoyt Avenue to Wetmore Avenue, by the reiroval of old <br /> lumber, and old concrete walks, removal of old concrete retaining <br /> wall, grading and regrading to proper grade, construction of <br /> concrete curbs, gutters, walks, alley crossings, conpiete drain- <br /> age system, construction of fortyeight foot concrete pavement, <br /> and all work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1747 as <br /> the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things <br /> approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels <br /> of land, or other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared <br /> to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the <br /> amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing <br /> against the same is in proportion to the several assessments ap- <br /> pearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment <br />
