Cirt • LICENSE TO USE CITY PROPERTY THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT(the"License"),between the City of Everett as Grantor(the"City)and Stripe Rite,Inc., 1813 137th Ave East,Sumner,WA 98390 as the Grantee("Stripe Rite"),relates to an approximately 1.38 acre portion of property owned by the City located at 4015 Railway Ave,Everett,WA(the"Property"). RECITALS A. Stripe Rite desires to utilize property owned by the City for staging and placement of construction materials while performing work for the City's 2016 Pavement Improvement Marking("Project") B. The City is willing to grant Stripe Rite authority to use the City's property upon certain terms and conditions. AGREEMENT In consideration of mutual benefits and other good and valuable consideration,the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby expressly acknowledged,the City licenses Stripe Rite to use the Property upon the following terms and conditions: Section 1. LICENSED PROPERTY. The specific area of property owned by the City,and subject to this License, is an area and is more fully set forth as depicted in Exhibit A,attached hereto,or as otherwise directed by Roy Harris the City's on-site supervisor. ' Rol IW" --JVD Section 2. TERM. This License shall be effective beginningJuitel1,2016,and shall expire on July 30,2016,unless terminated earlier upon 30-days' notice per Section 7, below. Section 3. FEE. Strip Rite shall pay a one-time fee of$500.00 for this license use of City property. Section 4. AUTHORIZED USE. Stripe Rite may only use the Property for the purpose of storing,loading,and unloading materials in conjunction with the Project being performed for the City. Incident to this authorized use,Stripe Rite may install temporary fencing in conformance with Section 16,below. page 1
